Are you an offshore company?

Nope. All of our team members live in New York. Our office is in White Plains NY only half an hour away from the city that never sleeps.

What file formats do you need from me?

We prefer layered PSD files. If you have a separate copy deck for the copy and URL, that’s helpful, too.

Do I need to make a payment upfront?

Yes and no. We need upfront payments if it the first time we work with you. But usually we send invoices to our clients after the work is done. We offer a Money Back Policy if you are not completely satisfied. Most of our clients are repeat customers, you will love working with us.

Can you fill out a W-9?

Yes of course, we are an S-corp. We will send you a W-9 at the end of your first project.

We are an agency, can you sign an NDA?

Yes, we can. Your client is yours, we will just work for you as a transparent company. Client privacy is extremely important to us, and we take it seriously. You own the files and the project and you can take the credit for our awesome work.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all forms of payments. Just let us know how you want to pay and we’ll take it.
